NO MAINTENANCE

Let us do the maintenance for you. All our units are recently refurbished, maintained regularly, and the grounds are kept tidy.

CLOSE TO SHOPS

Claremont Village is within walking distance. Mona and Glenorchy within a 5 minute drive and only 15 minutes’ to Hobart.

ACTIVITIES

We have areas where residents can enjoy community activities, craft and information sessions, concerts, indoor bowls and monthly happy hour. Indeed anything the residents wish to organise can be accommodated at the Village Hall.

COMMUNITY

Our other residents are friendly and we are very flexible. You can have a garden or bring your pet. Just talk to us about your needs.

LOW COST

Our village is not for profit. That means you can rent our units at a low cost. There are some initial entry fees but they won't break the bank.
